About Marsha Williamson

Marsha Williamson is counsel in the corporate and technology and innovation groups at Appleby in the Cayman Islands. She is a fintech specialist and advises technology, fintech and digital assets companies and investors on equity and token fundraisings, M&A and joint ventures, as well as general corporate and shareholder matters. She also advises on all aspects of the virtual assets regulatory regime, including perimeter advice, registration and licensing applications, changes of control and token issuances. Marsha was previously head of legal at two fintech ventures and provides outside general counsel support to start-ups and scale-ups, across commercial contracts, IP licensing, data protection and regulatory compliance.
