About Stuart Fee

Stuart Fee is counsel within Appleby’s corporate department in the British Virgin Islands. His practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, technology and innovation, corporate restructuring, data protection, corporate finance and general corporate and commercial matters. Stuart has broad corporate and commercial law experience including advising on cross-border transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate finance transactions, virtual asset structuring, establishing digital asset funds, ICOs and restructurings in addition to providing general corporate law advice. Stuart has acted for large multinational corporations, listed entities, management teams and investors including pension funds in relation to global investment funds.
