has over 18 years of practice experience in Egypt and the UK. She joined Zaki Hashem & Partners in 2013 from an international law firm, and as partner she specialises in the corporate practice, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. She qualified as an English solicitor in 2009 and is admitted before the Egyptian Bar Association (currently admitted before the Court of Appeal). She obtained her Maîtrise in law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, France, a licence in law from Cairo University, a post-graduate diploma from BPP Law School and a Master of Law from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She is the head of the Legal Committee of the Chambre de Commerce Française en Egypte and is proficient in Arabic, English and French.
