About Kareem Hashem

Kareem Hashem (associate) joined Zaki Hashem in 2023 and currently works across the corporate, TMT and M&A teams. Kareem has been part of the core team advising major fintech players, both locally and internationally, and has also been part of a team advising on several multimillion-dollar M&A and technology transactions. He graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2023 and is currently completing the necessary steps to become a qualified solicitor before the courts of England and Wales, in addition to obtaining membership of the Egyptian Bar Association.
