Ioanna Solomou is a Cyprus lawyer and partner in the corporate and commercial team of Michael Kyprianou & Co LLC, based in Limassol. She joined the firm in 2011 and became a partner in 2020. Ioanna advises local and international clients on corporate, commercial, tax, M&A, employment, regulatory and data protection matters. She has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, restructurings, re-domiciliations and corporate structuring, particularly for international groups and shipping companies. She also advises Cyprus investment firms on regulatory matters, and has been registered with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission since 2015.
