Enrico Adriano Raffaelli
is a founding partner of the firm and the head of the competition department. He specialises in national and European competition law, IP law, commercial law, litigation, and national and international commercial arbitration. His work covers the entire spectrum of antitrust activities, from merger control to cartel investigations and proceedings for abuse of dominance position. He frequently represents clients before the EC, the ECJ, the Italian Antitrust Authority and civil and administrative Courts, as well as assisting clients in designing and implementing antitrust compliance programmes, performing competition law audits and conducting training initiatives.
