About Elisa Teti

Elisa Teti is a partner at Rucellai & Raffaelli. She joined the firm in 1999, acting at EU and national level in merger control proceedings, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance and abuse of economic dependence proceedings and lawsuits. She has extensive experience in advising, and in antitrust compliance programmes, audits and training activities across several economic sectors. She also acts in antitrust litigation, assisting clients in standalone and follow-on actions. In addition, she has significant knowledge of unfair commercial practices, consumer protection law and advertising law. She is member of the Italian Antitrust Association Steering Committee and frequently contributes to publications and speaks at conferences.
