About Daphne Beunk

Daphne Beunk is an associate in Florent’s litigation team. She represents corporates, directors and supervisory board members in corporate disputes. Daphne specialises in international private law and commercial litigation, acting in a broad range of cases: class action proceedings, summary proceedings, proceedings on the merits and the recognition of foreign (arbitral) awards. She is also part of the insolvency law practice group, a lecturer at the Radboud University Nijmegen and publishes in the field of private international law. She is a member of the Dutch Association of Young Insolvency Lawyers and the Dutch Association for Comparative and International Insolvency Law.
