About Kees van de Meent

Kees van de Meent is a partner at Florent and co-head of the restructuring and insolvency team. He is active in restructuring and insolvency, asset-tracing and recovery, and has been involved as bankruptcy trustee, observer in WHOA proceedings and adviser in various high-profile and complex insolvencies and restructurings. Kees is the exclusive Dutch member of FraudNet, the prestigious global network operating under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) that was launched in 2004 to provide fraud victims with an all-embracing global service to respond to fraud. He is also chairman of the Asset Recovery Chamber of the Institute for Financial Crime (IFFC), and is Committee Liaison Officer of the IBA’s Asset Recovery Committee.
