Hanneke De Coninck-Smolders
is a co-managing partner of the firm, and co-head of the insolvency and restructuring team. She also has extensive experience in the areas of banking, financing and security rights. Hanneke is regularly appointed by the Amsterdam court as bankruptcy trustee or administrator in high-profile and complex insolvencies. She also works for companies facing financial difficulties or insolvency, or for their stakeholders. She has significant experience in the pre-insolvency stage, both as counsel to the company/debtor and as court-appointed (undisclosed/"silent") administrator. In addition, she regularly represents clients in major (corporate/commercial) litigation.
