About Hanneke De Coninck

Hanneke De Coninck is a partner at Florent and co-head of the restructuring and insolvency team, specialising in the field of companies in financial difficulties. She advises and litigates on (international) insolvency law, financing, securities and directors’ liability. Hanneke has extensive experience in complex restructurings, and is regularly appointed by the District Court of Amsterdam as administrator and trustee in major suspension of payments and bankruptcy proceedings. Hanneke is well acquainted with the Act on the Confirmation of Private Restructuring Plans (WHOA or “Dutch Scheme”) and can fulfil the role of restructuring expert and observer. She also conducts inquiry investigations for the Netherlands Enterprise Court at the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. Her clients include shareholders and investors, companies, directors, supervisory directors and (groups of) creditors.
