About Merijn Moeliker

Merijn Moeliker is a senior associate at Florent, and part of the restructuring and insolvency team and of the litigation team. He is regularly appointed by the Amsterdam Court as bankruptcy trustee. He has a special focus on and extensive experience with pre-insolvency (WHOA) restructurings and insolvencies with cross-border elements. Merijn is also experienced in (cross-border) commercial litigation, (cross-border) enforcement of judgments and insolvency-related litigation.
