Rob van den Sigtenhorst
is a partner at the firm, and head of the Banking and Finance team. He has extensive experience in high-profile, complex, cross-border corporate and multi-financier restructurings and insolvencies, representing debtors, lenders and other (counter-)parties. He combines in-depth knowledge of Dutch, US and international insolvency law with his understanding of (corporate) finance, corporate litigation and (director) liability issues. Rob is heavily involved with the efforts of the Dutch legislator to create new Dutch restructuring legislation: the Act on the Confirmation of Private Restructuring Plans (ACPRP).
