About Luis Miguel Pereyra

Luis Miguel Pereyra is the founder and managing partner of Pereyra & Asociados, where he practises in the areas of civil law, commercial law, foreign investment, free trade zones, banking law, mining, telecommunications, tax law, energy law and competition law, among others. With 30 years of professional experience, Luis has also had a long career as an arbitration practitioner, and served as a professor of law at various universities in the Dominican Republic.
