About Kirryn West James

Kirryn West James is a director and founding member of People + Culture Strategies. She has both Australian and UK experience, having practised at a city firm in London specialising in employment and partnership law. Kirryn is an experienced presenter and has delivered training programmes to board members, HR professionals, legal professionals and managers. She has extensive litigation experience and is a member of the New South Wales Law Society and has been a member of the Association of Partnership Professionals. She has authored book chapters, and regularly contributes to articles and publications that focus on workplace behaviour, workplace bullying, employment disputes, investigations and legislative reforms.
