About Joydeep Hor

Joydeep Hor is the founder and managing principal of People + Culture Strategies. For nearly three decades, he has been one of Australia’s highest-profile lawyers and legal entrepreneurs, providing solutions in people management law and strategy. In 2016, Joydeep graduated from Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Programme and remains the only Australian lawyer to have completed this programme. He has also been a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute for over two decades. Joydeep has authored books on employment issues, appears on Australian television as an expert commentator, and is a keynote speaker at national and international events.
