About Helena Selander

Helena Selander is a partner at Norburg & Scherp. She represents clients before Swedish and European authorities and courts, focusing her practice on EU and competition law. Helena’s broad experience includes acting as counsel in matters pertaining to private enforcement cases, cartel investigations, merger control, investigations of abuse of dominance and public procurement cases. She has represented companies in dawn raids and other investigations by competition authorities and has successfully led several complex projects in the examination of acquisitions both inside and outside Sweden and with the EU Commission. Helena has also represented clients before Swedish courts as well as the Court of Justice of the European Union.
