Prior to founding the new firm, he worked with other leading law firms as a dispute resolution specialist. Pontus Scherp acts as counsel in disputes in many industry sectors and in cases concerning a wide range of subject-matters, such as share and asset purchase agreements, joint ventures, distribution agreements, licence agreements, real estate, landlord-tenant disputes and construction disputes, and in cases concerning infringement of intellectual property rights and trade secrets. He also regularly represents clients in cases relating to public procurement. Pontus Scherp speaks on issues relating to dispute resolution at international events and conferences.
