About Gillian Gilbert

Gillian Gilbert is an associate at Littler with over five years of experience. She advises businesses on aligning operations with international human rights frameworks, including the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Gilbert helps clients assess and mitigate human rights risks across global operations and supply chains. She served as Lead Managing Editor of the Minnesota Journal of International Law, contributed to the landmark study on the impact of body-worn camera footage in civil litigation published by Georgia Law Review, and served as judicial extern to the Hon. Judge Schultz of the U.S. District Court of Minnesota.
