About Ana Sáenz

Ana Sáenz is a partner in Deloitte Legal’s corporate, commercial and M&A practice. She leads complex M&A transactions across Costa Rica and Central America, advising on structuring, negotiation and execution. Her experience includes joint ventures, investment projects, hospitality, education and consumer products matters. Ana also delivers M&A and contract-drafting workshops and leads firm AI initiatives to improve M&A efficiency. She holds an LLM from Duke University, a summa cum laude Law degree from Universidad Latina, and a BA in Economics from Bard College. She is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
