About Alejandro Chow

Alejandro Chow is an attorney with more than five years of experience in corporate, real estate and transactional law. He holds a Law degree from the Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho and advises clients on real estate transactions, commercial and hospitality development projects, and complex transaction structuring, negotiation and execution. His experience also includes regional M&A transactions involving Costa Rica, Central America and the Dominican Republic. Alejandro focuses on corporate matters, legal risk management, and supporting investment and business-expansion initiatives. He is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología (ULACIT).
