About Hernán Pacheco

Hernán Pacheco is the managing partner of Deloitte Legal’s Central America marketplace and has more than 35 years’ experience advising local and international clients on complex M&A, financing, commercial transactions and regulatory matters. Hernán is a Costa Rican notary public and holds a Law degree, cum laude probatus, from the Universidad Autónoma de Centro América, an LLM from the University of Hull, and has completed Harvard University’s PIL programme. He is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association. Hernán has been recognised as a Tier 1 M&A attorney by Chambers & Partners for over 15 years.
