About Laura Navarrete

Laura Navarrete leads Deloitte’s labour and employment law practice and has more than 13 years of experience advising employers on individual and collective labour law. She holds a Law degree with honours from the University of Costa Rica and a Master’s degree in Labour Law and Labour Relations from the University of Salamanca. She serves on the Board of Directors of Women in the Profession (Costa Rican Chapter), a Cyrus R. Vance Center-initiative. She has taught labour and employment law at Fidélitas University and served as Ombudsperson at Peace University, a UN-mandated institution.
