About Hossam Farooq

Hossam Farooq is a lawyer with almost two decades of experience in litigation, dispute resolution, commercial and business law which has rendered him a top-tier adviser in Qatar. Mr Khamis works extensively on litigation before the local courts, domestic and international arbitrations, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, construction, finance and securities, intellectual property and employment matters. Mr Khamis’ work has covered most jurisdictions in the Middle East, specifically including Qatar and Egypt. Prior to joining Al-Ansari & Associates, Mr Khamis was working at the Development and Agricultural Credit Bank of Egypt as a Senior Counsel. He was responsible of drafting, representing and negotiating in local and multinational financing transactions on behalf of the bank.
