About Aleksandra Mitić

Aleksandra Mitić is a senior competition lawyer who joined Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & Partners in early 2026, bringing with her a strong reputation built over many years in private practice. Ranked in Band 2 by Chambers and Partners, she has acted on some of the most significant competition matters before the Slovenian Competition Protection Agency and the Slovenian courts, representing major domestic and international clients in regulatory proceedings and civil litigation. Her practice also encompasses state aid and mergers and acquisitions, where she advises on the competition aspects of complex corporate transactions. Aleksandra holds an LL.M. in Competition Law from King’s College London.
