About Bojan Šporar

Bojan Šporar has been representing clients in M&A matters for over 15 years and holds practitioner’s lectures on M&A transactions at the Law Faculty of University of Ljubljana. He has been the lead partner at Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & partners on several of the largest Slovenian transactions and his mandates include advising Agrokor (and later Fortenova) on the acquisition of Mercator, Sartorius on the purchase of BIA Separations, a provider of systems used in mRNA vaccine production, and Generali Group with respect to its acquisition of Adriatic Slovenica, the second largest life insurer in Slovenia. He recently advised Mercator on its acquisition of fellow FMCG company Tuš.
