About Bojan Šporar

Bojan Šporar has been representing clients in M&A matters for over 15 years and holds practitioner’s lectures on M&A transactions at the Law Faculty of the University of Ljubljana. He has been the lead partner at Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & partners on several of the largest Slovenian transactions and his mandates include advising Agrokor (and later Fortenova) on the acquisition of Mercator; Sartorius on the purchase of BIA Separations, a provider of systems used in mRNA vaccine production; and Generali Group with respect to its acquisition of Adriatic Slovenica, the second largest life insurer in Slovenia. He recently advised Mercator on its acquisition of fellow FMCG company Tuš.
