About Gregor Pajek

Gregor Pajek is a partner at Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & partners dealing mainly in M&A, banking, finance, capital markets and corporate finance transactions, His practice focuses on banking and acquisition finance transactions in connection with M&A and real estate transactions. Gregor is also in the forefront of the firm’s capital markets and securities law practice. Notable work includes advising MOL Group and INA d.d. in their acquisition of OMV Slovenija, d.o.o., Allianz in entering the Slovenian insurance market and SID bank on the sale of First Credit Insurance. Gregor is a visiting lecturer at the Ljubljana Faculty of Law and the Ljubljana Faculty of Economics on acquisitions of public and private companies, and corporate finance topics.
