About Gregor Pajek

Gregor Pajek is a partner at Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & partners (RPPP) dealing mainly in M&A, banking, finance, capital markets and corporate finance transactions, with a particular focus on banking and acquisition finance transactions in connection with M&A and real estate transactions. Gregor is also in the forefront of the RPPP’s capital markets and securities law practice. His practice highlights include advising MOL Group and INA d.d. on the acquisition of OMV Slovenija, d.o.o., Allianz in entering the Slovenian insurance market and SID bank in the sale of First Credit Insurance. Gregor is a visiting lecturer at the Ljubljana Faculty of Law and the Ljubljana Faculty of Economics on M&A and corporate finance.
