About Lea Zahrastnik

Lea Zahrastnik joined Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & Partners in 2024 following her graduation with distinction in Law from the University of Ljubljana, where her thesis examined the impact of algorithmic pricing on tacit collusion and self-preferencing. Prior to joining, she gained experience at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in Brussels, advising major technology and consumer goods companies on EU competition matters, and at the Court of Justice of the EU, working in the chambers of Advocate General Tamara Ćapeta and Judge Marko Ilešič. She won first place and the best oralist award at the EU Law Moot Court Competition.
