About Sergej Omladič

Sergej Omladič is one of the key partners in the M&A department at Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & partners and is also active in real estate matters. He has acted as team leader and main legal adviser on a number of transactions, overseeing the due diligence process, drafting the relevant agreements and being involved in negotiations. Recent highlights include advising a real estate fund on the disposal of its Slovenian real estate portfolio, which involved the sale of several group companies and the concurrent negotiation of several SPA transactions; advising on a sales process in relation to a niche technology group; and advising a retail chain on the acquisition of another chain.
