About Peter Golob

Peter Golob is a senior associate with Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & partners working on M&A transactions and dispute resolution, as well as on regulatory matters, particularly insurance matters. He regularly advises clients on IT and IP-related queries as well as on telecommunications matters. Recently, he has led teams on various M&A projects, including on an anticipated acquisition of a life insurance company, M SAN Group on its acquisition of Alterna Distribucija, and acquisition of a food production business. He also advised and co-ordinated the legal matters queries regarding the merger of a major Slovenian insurance company, Adriatic Slovenica, to Generali d.d. Further, he advised the GEA Group with respect to a side-stream merger of two of its Slovenia-based entities.
