About Katarina Čepon

Katarina Čepon is an associate at Šelih & partnerji focusing on intellectual property law. She advises clients on the protection and enforcement of IP rights, including trade mark, copyright and related matters, with particular experience in opposition proceedings, bad-faith filings and enforcement strategies. Her work includes assisting clients in protecting their rights against infringement and misuse, as well as handling regulatory and procedural aspects of IP protection. She holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Law.
