About Nataša Pipan Nahtigal

Nataša Pipan Nahtigal is the managing partner of Šelih & partnerji, with over 25 years of experience, focusing on intellectual property, as well as M&A and corporate governance. She advises multinational clients on cross-border transactions and related regulatory matters. Her practice includes advising on the protection and management of intellectual property rights, including trade marks, patents and technology, often in the context of corporate transactions. She is involved in integrating IP considerations into M&A and other strategic projects. She holds an LL.M. from Harvard University and an LL.B. degree from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Law.
