About Veronika Novak

Veronika Novak is an associate at Šelih & partnerji focusing on intellectual property law within a broader corporate and commercial practice. She advises clients on trade mark protection and enforcement, including representation in trade mark disputes and portfolio management. Veronika also supports clients on IP aspects of M&A transactions, particularly the acquisition and structuring of intellectual property rights, and has experience in patent protection. She regularly works on cross-border matters where IP considerations intersect with commercial strategy. She holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Law.
