joined the firm in 2012, since when her work has comprised, inter alia, assisting the firm’s clients in providing insightful due diligence review of environmental risks in M&A deals. She has also advised in the field of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) related affairs and advises clients on regulatory compliance. Other than that, Špela is focused on antitrust and competition issues. She has gained a wide range of experience in all aspects of Slovenian antitrust law and has become one of the core members of the firm’s antitrust and competition practice. Špela also advises clients on corporate and commercial law matters and is regularly involved in M&A transactions.
