Borut Leskovec is a partner at Jadek & Pensa, who advises and represents clients in some of the most demanding commercial disputes and works in the fields of law of obligations, corporate, property, civil and insolvency law. Borut has long-standing experience in solving complex shareholders’ disputes and offering legal support in real estate management. He specialises in public procurement and has been advising clients involved in the largest infrastructure projects in Slovenia, as well as representing clients in damage disputes arising from public procurement proceedings.
