About Domen Romih

Domen Romih spent two years working with the BDO Global Network in Slovenia, followed by seven years at one of the leading Slovenian tax consulting companies, Simic & Partners, becoming a partner in 2014. He joined Jadek & Pensa Law Firm in 2016 and became a tax partner in 2021. He is also a licensed tax adviser at the Tax Educational Institute. Domen advises on national and international tax law-related matters for companies, as well as on real estate transactions and group transactions (restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions). He is experienced in tax due diligence procedures and is also a specialist in tax litigation procedures.
