Ožbej Merc is a senior partner and head of the transaction department at Jadek & Pensa. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and restructuring, and banking and finance. He has participated in most of the restructurings of large systems in Slovenia and on the most demanding M&A transactions and issues related to mergers and acquisitions. He holds an LLM from the University of Columbia in New York.
