About Mihael Pojbič
Mihael Pojbič
joined Jadek & Pensa as an associate in September 2023. He deals with tax law, mainly in direct taxation. He previously gained experience in an international law and tax advisory firm that focused on transfer pricing, tax inspections and restructurings. He also completed an internship at the Ljubljana High Court. He regularly publishes tax-related articles and is an editor at one of Slovenia’s monthly tax journals. He also devotes part of his time to teaching and holding lectures in the field of tax law and social security.
