About Moses J. Adriko SC

Moses J. Adriko SC is co-managing partner of MMAKS Advocates and co-heads the firm’s dispute resolution practice. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda, a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and a senior counsel with over 30 years of experience. He appears as lead counsel in complex commercial litigation and in domestic and international arbitrations, and sits as arbitrator in institutional and ad hoc references. His practice spans construction, energy, banking, telecommunications and investor-state disputes. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the ICAMEK panel of arbitrators and a past President of the Uganda Law Society.
