About Adriana Morales

Adriana Morales is part of the ESG practice at Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes, S.C. She advises boards of directors on adopting policies to address and mitigate ESG risks, covering issues such as employee relations, human rights, climate change and supply chain management. Adriana has focused on designing tools for the development and implementation of regulatory and compliance management systems. These tools are essential in clients' ESG strategies, helping to mitigate corporate liability for control failures, oversight and good governance. Adriana previously led the firm's corporate services group, and also specialises in anti-money laundering, supervising and advising various clients in the financial and non-financial sectors on ensuring compliance with the obligations imposed by Mexican legislation.
