About Patrick Meshoulam

Patrick Meshoulam has been a partner of Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes since 2020. He focuses on representing Mexican and foreign clients in a range of corporate transactions, including public and private offerings of equity, debt and structured securities, financings and M&A. He has worked on multiple domestic and international offerings representing issuers, investment banks and other financial institutions. He has also been involved in M&A banking and other corporate finance transactions in Mexico and the US. Patrick has assisted in many domestic and international deals, representing issuers, investment banks, and other financial institutions. In addition, he has been involved in various corporate financing operations, several of which incorporate ESG components.
