About Ricardo Maldonado

Ricardo Maldonado has over 25 years' experience in advising Mexican and foreign clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances. He also represents issuers and financial institutions in several domestic and international, public and private debt and equity offerings, and advises clients on the negotiation, structuring and drafting of complex financings and on infrastructure projects. Ricardo also focuses on corporate governance matters, advising family-owned and publicly listed companies. He serves as a member and/or secretary of the board of directors of several private and stock exchange-listed companies, and actively participates as a mentor and lawyer in pro bono work.
