About Andrew Gaines

Andrew Gaines leads Linklaters’ US executive compensation, employee benefits and ERISA team. With more than 35 years of experience, including as a practice leader of four international law firms, he is recognised as a top lawyer, ranked by Chambers for over 16 years and in another major law directory’s “Hall of Fame”. Andrew advises on executive compensation, employee benefits, M&A transactions and ERISA matters for public and private companies, including private fund sponsors. He is a regular lecturer for the Practising Law Institute and at industry conferences, including the Financial Times Outstanding Directors Exchange held at the Harvard Club.
