About Bernd Meyring

Bernd Meyring is head of Linklaters’ Brussels antitrust and foreign investment group. He advises on all areas of competition law – principally merger control and anti-cartel proceedings, as well as unilateral conduct and state aid matters. Bernd is known as a senior expert in advising global blue-chip companies on their strategic global competition matters, with a focus on automotive, pharmaceuticals, basic industries, financial institutions and tech. He often co-ordinates merger control and foreign direct investment proceedings and investigations worldwide and has litigated extensively in the EU courts.
