About Maddy Hayes

Maddy Hayes is a key associate in Linklaters’ US executive compensation, employee benefits and ERISA practice, ranked as an “Associate to Watch” in Chambers’ 2025 Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Guide. She specialises in complex executive compensation matters in public and private M&A, investment funds, and in capital markets transactions. Maddy received her law degree from the University of Oxford and is dual-qualified in New York, England and Wales. In 2024, Maddy received a Cornerstone Award from Lawyers Alliance, recognising her outstanding contribution to pro bono employment legal services, and was part of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Pathfinder programme.
