About Neil Hoolihan

Neil Hoolihan is a partner in Linklaters’ antitrust and foreign investment group. He has more than a decade’s experience of advising clients on complex issues raised by merger control and foreign investment procedures. Neil has particular experience of co-ordinating foreign investment filings for which the EU foreign investment screening mechanism is likely to be relevant, as well as filings under the UK’s National Security and Investment Act. He has considerable expertise in the healthcare, engineering services, energy, and digital infrastructure sectors.
