About Sarah Hudson

Sarah Hudson is a partner within Linklater’s Energy and Infrastructure practice and is Head of Middle East Construction. She specialises in both contentious and non-contentious construction law. Based in Abu Dhabi, Sarah advises procurers, sponsors, lenders, operators and contractors on all stages of construction and engineering projects, across a wide range of procurement structures and multiple industries (including conventional power, renewable power, water, water treatment, onshore and offshore oil and gas, heavy civils and manufacturing). She has extensive FIDIC experience. Sarah also has extensive project advisory and disputes avoidance experience within PPP structures.
