About Alexandre Arlota

Alexandre Arlota is a partner specialised in project development for all infrastructure sectors, including energy, oil and gas, shipping, logistics (airports, highways, ports, railways, urban mobility), sanitation and mining. Alexandre advises clients throughout all stages of the project cycle, negotiating engineering and construction contracts, as well as strategically preventing and preparing disputes. Alexandre holds a PhD and Master’s in International Law, collaborating frequently with international publications. He has authored numerous books and papers that have been cited by Brazilian courts. A former associate at Milbank in London, Alexandre participated in several prominent infrastructure transactions in emerging markets, including Latin-America, Africa and the Middle East.
