About Fabio Kujawski

Fabio Kujawski is a partner at Mattos Filho who has worked in technology, data protection, telecoms, intellectual property, media and entertainment matters for over 20 years, with a focus on transactions, and regulatory and contractual issues. Fabio provides strategic counselling to technology companies, helping them structure their operations from regulatory, contractual and consumer perspectives. He is the co-author and editor of the book “Legal Trends in Technology and Intellectual Property in Brazil” (2014) and is an officer at the Brazilian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications Law (ABDTIC).
